Shipping policy
Shipments are made within the first 48 hours of confirming your purchase through "USPS - United States Postal Service".
Business days are considered Monday through Friday.
Orders received until 5:00 p.m. are considered.
Orders received after 5:00 p.m. are scheduled from the next day.
If the shipping day is a holiday, they will be shipped the next business day.
General characteristics of the service
- Delivery time "Economy Service" (depending on origin and destination): 5 to 8 business days under regular conditions.*
- Delivery time "Standard Service" (depending on origin and destination): 3 to 4 business days under regular conditions.*
- The package can be received by anyone who is at the delivery address presenting their valid ID.
Delivery features
- Delivery to home, office or branch of "USPS - United States Postal Service". (According to delivery address)
- One (1) delivery attempt. If the recipient is not found, the package will be sent to the branch, where it will wait to be picked up within 5 business days of arrival.
Service restrictions
- The transfers of the products are in normal conditions and temperatures.
* Non-regular conditions are flight cancellations, bad weather, roadblocks, natural phenomena, external factors, socio-ecological factors, fortuitous event or force majeure, etc. If irregular conditions continue, customers will be informed through our different service channels.
